He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Douglass and Lucy A. Douglass (Walen); and his brother Jack Douglass of Gloucester. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Douglass; his daughter Deborah; his son-in-law Edward Horton of Milton; his granddaughters, Monique Griffin (Ryan) of Amesbury and Noelle McCusker (John) of Wilmington Mass; his great grandchildren, Summer, Skylar Griffin and Porter of Wilmington; his sister Gillian Robinson of Beverly; and his sister-in-law Barbara Douglass of Gloucester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
