He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Boyer; and his brothers, Sonny and Ronald. He is survived by: his parent Anna Boyer (Blazavich); his wife Carol Boyer (Smith); his sons, Thomas Powers and Justin Powers (Brittina); his grandchild Kyle Powers of Clara Powers; his parent-in-law Allan Smith; his siblings, Mary Ann, Carol, Roy, Rose, Irene, Barbara, John, Gary, George and Brenda; and also Yuri Smith.
