He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Otto Runge, Jr. and Marjorie Etta Runge; his brother Carl Runge III; and his nephew Tyler Runge. He is survived by: his friend Paul; his significant other Deidre "Dodie" Runge (Lucibello); his daughters, Alana Noonan (Ryan Noonan) of Salem, MA and Kerri Runge (Tim Clapper) of Portland, ME; and his grandsons, Lìr, Callan and Declan Noonan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, family members and friends.
