He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Henri Frank Moffett. He is survived by: his mother Madelene Moffett (Rouleau); his siblings, Nancy (Scott Sirois), James (Claire), Wendy (Michael Dooley), Kelly (Kevin Walters) and Melissa (John Perusse); his child Henri (Nicole Moffett); his grandsons, John Leo Moffett Jr. and Timothy Moffett; his child Adrien (Erica Moffett); his grandchildren, Michael (Kristie) and Krista Moffett; and his daughter Ashlyn Moffett.
