Dube; her son Adam R.; her wife Heidi Mitchell; her mother Shirley; her stepfather Russell Miller; and her grandchildren, Robert, Ian, Lauren, Spencer, Trace Mitchell, Matthew Savoy, Rose Gleason, Alex Gleason, Eva Dube and Stella Dube.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the American Leukemia Foundation.
