He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Fowler and Vinal Clark; and his brother Barry Clark (Cheryl Clark). He is survived by: his granddaughter Kassandra; his children, Grace, John, Philip Clark (MA), Amanda Kirby of Raleigh, NC and Teresa Clark of Milton, NH; his stepfather Randy Fowler; and his siblings, Christine Stevens (Jeff), Sherry Hardy (Cliff), Pam Prosser (Conrad) and Mike. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
