He is survived by: his sons, Bernard F Collins, II of Chantilly, VA and Brian A. Collins (Pauline); his son-in-law Timothy F. Sterling of Houston, TX; his children, Sharon P Collins of Houston, TX and Shawn P Collins (Paula); his grandchildren, Melissa Collins, David Collins (Brittany), Vanessa Fagundes (Collins) and Jessica (Collins); his great grandchildren, Penelope, Rebecca, Esme, Cooper, Malcolm, Hunter and Rachel; his brother James Collins; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Collins, Peggy Collins, Doris M Milo (Ollie), Jack Kochansky, Joseph T McGonagle and John McGonagle (Sandra). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
