Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved David Joseph Aubert (Milton Mills, New Hampshire), who passed away at the age of 62, on April 30, 2018. He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Aubert of Milton Mills, N. H.; and his brother Gary Aubert of Rochester, N. H.. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Aubert of Cocoa, Lindy Hall of South Berwick and Chezney Aubert of Dover, N. H.; his stepson Bailey Bishop of Milton Mills, N. H.; his brother Thomas Aubert of Rochester, N. H.; and his friend Sheila Bedell of Acton.
As a resident for nearly forty-years, he was involved in numerous community projects including: taking a leadership role in the development of the annual 4th of July celebration; founding the Millennial Celebration, which featured a time capsule to be opened in the year 2100; and the restoration of the 19th century Liberty Chapel, which included the donation of the original steeple top, known as the "Finger of God", one of only two in existence, to the historical society.
