He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Michael O'Connell and Deana Beatrice Willett O'Connell. He is survived by: his wife Noreen Ann LeVangie; his children, Jeannine Wegmueller of Temple and Marcy O'Connell of Fitzwilliam; his grandchildren, Kate St. Cyr, Tom St. Cyr and Finn Finn Wegmueller; and his great grandchild Scarlette St. Cyr.
