He is survived by: his mother Anna Lusczyk (Crollari); his wife Danielle Lusczyk of Milford, NH; his daughters, Brittany Lusczyk, Paige Lusczyk of Milford, NH and Jessica Lusczyk; his stepchildren, JJ Enright and Brenna Enright of Milford, NH; and his sister Tammy Gravell (Jack) of Westfield, MA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
