He is survived by: his daughter Crystle (Chad); his grandchildren, Lily, Ryan and Sage; his friend Fred; the mother of his child Karen; his siblings, Johanna and John; and also, Jessica, Nicky, Jen and Rachel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a lot of dear friends.
