He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Curtis and Mary Curtis (Joyce); his wife Joan; his son Donald James Curtis Jr.; and his siblings, Edwin Curtis and Mary Joyce Mahoney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen Johnson (Steve Butler) of Milford, NH, Cathy Piekarski (Cliff Patterson) of Longwood, FL, Candy Curtis (Mark Bergeron) of Sanbornton, NH and Carrie Drew (late Pete Drew) of Jaffrey, NH; his grandchildren, Brad, Adam, Carly, Nathan, Dylan, Bridget, Riley, Steven, Gillian, Jake and Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Lyla, Hayden, Isla, Naia, Mabel and Beckett.
