She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Neily and Gertrude Neily (Thomas). She is survived by: her husband Ralph Paul of Milford, NH; her sons, Mike (Kim Paul) of Milford and Tim (Jeanelle Paul); and her brother Robert Neily. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ's Church (58 Merrimack St, Amherst, NH 03031).
Donations in memory of Cynthia can be made to her church or Samaritan's Purse relief ministries (Cynthia loved coordinating the Samaritan's purse Christmas box program for many years).
