He was predeceased by: his parents, Royden A. Hart and Ida Hart (Cote); and his sister Emolleen "Emy" Hart. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hart (Gauvin) of Groveton; his children, Lynn Cutting (Justin) of Hampton, Kristie Goulet (Todd) of Morris, CT and Scotty Hart (Jenah) of Warner Robins, GA; his grandchildren, Parker, Paige, Noah (Allison), Hannah, Leah, Jonah, Damon, Kaleb, Kaylee, Aly and Brantley; and his siblings, Lorinda Bean (Ronnie), Sharon Findsen (Richard) of Stark, Darlene McLain (Kenneth) of Milan, Daryl Gagnon of Groveton, Richard Hart (Doreen) of Groveton, Robert Hart (Madeline) of Groveton and John Hart of Groveton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Junior's memory to the American Foundation for the Blind at afd.org.
