Ouellette (Milan, New Hampshire), born in Berlin, New Hampshire, who passed away on July 26, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Ouellette (Labbe). He is survived by: his parents, Ernest Ouellette and Ann Marie Ouellette (Hamel); his children, Georgette Starnes (Dale) of Jay, ME and Paul Ouellette (Gisele) of Milan, NH; and his grandchildren, Joshua Starnes (Cari), Kristy Starnes (Kris Matchett), Christopher Ouellette (Bianca Clauss) and Nicole Ouellette.
