She is survived by: her husband Dr. Jerome Ballantine; her children, Jillian Ballantine (Lynne Elliott) of Milan, NY, Anne Ballantine (William Bastiani), Mathew Ballantine (Carol) of East Bethel and Patrick Ballantine (Nancy) of Fort Ripley; her siblings, Shirley Stadler (Bill) of Englewood, FL, Betty Melgaard of Chandler, AZ and Jack Effa (Becky) of Arizona; her grandchildren, Dylan, Mikeal, Austin, Jennifer, Katie and Jonnie; and her great grandchildren, Henry, Jonah, Lincoln, Hannah, Ella, Dominic, Danny, Eddie, Ezra, Benjamin and Ezaria.
