He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Collins and Olive Collins (Brown); and his sisters, Susan Santoro and Tricia Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Collins (Peabody); his children, Theresa (Jason Sirois), Tim Collins, Michelle (Zach Lahey) and Amber Collins; his grandchildren, Cassidy, Ryder, Aubrey, Braylee, Truley and Cayden; and his siblings, Nancy Melia (Mario Riccio), Martin Collins (Chung Suk), Cathy (Peter Pinto), Danny Collins (Betty) and Kevin Collins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
