She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Thibeault and Emma Thibeault (Martineau); and her brother-in-law Richard Phelan. She is survived by: her children, Karen Tebbenhoff (Peter) of Portsmouth, NH, Kevin O'Brien (Jennifer) of Bedford, NH, Erin Bayer (Michael) of Bedford, NH and Timothy O'Brien (Kristin) of Gilford, NH; her grandchildren, Megan Tebbenhoff, Zachary Bayer (Claudia), Liam O'Brien, Nicholas Bayer, Kaitlyn O'Brien and Alissa O'Brien; and her siblings, Sally Phelan and Gene Thibeault (Deborah Askew) of British Columbia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium (15 Birch St, Derry, NH 03038).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Waypoint (formerly Child and Family Services) where Sandy enjoyed working for many years.
