He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Anita (Pizzuti); and his sister Amy Greene. He is survived by: his wife Constance Surrette (Shilalie); his children, Laurie S. Lamy (Ray) and Jeff M. Surrette (Darlene) of Pepperell, MA; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Sarah.
