He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Costa and Helen Costa (Fagone); and his brother Jay Costa. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Costa (Wagner); his daughters, Sarah Costa (Sam Canonica) of Winchester, NH and Rachel Costa Palermo (Rick Palermo) of Amherst, NH; his grandchildren, Theo and Hannah; his sister-in-law Mary Costa; and his nieces and nephews, Tracey Coste (Jon), Sandra Costa and Paul Costa (Britt).
