He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy M. Slater and Kenneth A. Slater; his close friend Darlene V Rossignol; and his brother James Slater. He is survived by: his daughters, Megan A. Cooper of Poulsbo, WA and Brenna Wynne (Bruce Wynne) of Brookhaven, PA; and his grandchildren, Ella R. Cooper, Asher and Sadie Wynne. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
