He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Materkowski and Roma Materkowski (Plonka). He is survived by: his wife Lauren L. Materkowski (Chase) of Merrimack, NH; his sons, Jason Materkowski (Danielle) of East Hartford, CT, Alex of Merrimack, NH and Jordan Materkowski of Merrimack, NH; and his grandchildren, Grayson and Harper Materkowski.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Remo's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
