She is survived by: her parents, Bob Elliott (Sue Elliott) and Robin O'Donnell (Pratt); her husband Winston Rowe; her children, Tyler Ford, Austin Ford and Alexa Rowe; her grandmother Jeannette Pratt; her stepmother Aggie Vlahos; her siblings, Brian Elliott and Kristine Sleeper (Justin); and her close friends, Jessica Caron and Jen Bechard. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Raelene's honor may be made to an animal shelter of one's choice due to her love for animals.
