He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Carr and Dorothy Carr; and his siblings, Hazel, Charles and Timothy.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Carr (Kennedy); his children, Norman Carr Jr. (Maddy), Dorion Carr (Tina) and Susan; his siblings, David and Ruth; his grandchildren, Brandon, Tayla, Andrew, Timothy, Jeremy, George, Josef, Dorion Jr., Mason and Adam; his brother Mike B. Norman; and also Lucille. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
