Kennedy (Amy) of Manchester, Veronica Lane (Jamie) of Manchester and Richard Horrocks of Manchester; his stepsisters, Juliane Todd (Sweeney) of Epping, Robin Leonard (Tim) of Manchester and Laurie Sweeney of Northwood; and his grandmother Theresa Johnson (Anctil) of Manchester. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
