He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph and Margaret "Peg" Bowser (Collins); and his sister MaryEllen McKenna (Vinny). He is survived by: his wife Regina A. Bowser (Sullivan); his children, Donna M Finnegan (Paul) of West Roxbury, Michael S. Bowser, Jr. (Moira) of Chelmsford and Kenneth J. Bowser (Ellen Moriarty) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Sgt. Declan Finnegan, Colin Finnegan, Aidan Finnegan, Siobhan Bowser, Jared Krueger and Liam Bowser; and his siblings, Catherine Bowser of Dedham and Charles J. Bowser, Jr. (Denise) of Needham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mercy Church (13 Baboosic Lake Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054).
