Melvin Kurylak Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Kurylak of Merrimack, New Hampshire, born in Manchester, New Hampshire, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ilko Kurylak and Theresa Kurylak (Major); and his siblings, William Kurylak, Mary Lamey, Judy Bouchard and Daniel Kurylak.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Kurylak (Cantin); his children, Lisa (Tory Ziebell), Sandra (Bill Silva) and Steven Kurylak (Tina); his grandchildren, Brittney Ziebell, Eric, Jessica Silva, Kai Kurylak (Sadia), Anthony and Lana Kurylak; and his great grandchild Ella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all guests for the visitation hour and funeral service will be required to have a face covering and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
