She was predeceased by: her father Maurice E. Carter; and her son Robert K. Johnston. She is survived by: her son Bryan C. Johnston of Presque Isle, ME; and her siblings, Arnold Carter of Winslow, ME and Winnifred Beaulieu of Presque Isle, ME. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
