He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kelley and Anne Kelley (Hamel); his great grandchild Charles Andrew Ploss; and his sisters, Anne Pilotte and Patricia Kassaras.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou (Bowen); his children, JoAnne O'Leary (Kevin), DiAnne Bazzocchi (Stephen), SuZanne Ketchum (Peter), Marty Kelley and Shawn Kelley (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Charles (Laura), Corey Ploss (Alicia), Sean (Brandy), Katherine O'Leary, Shanna, Ian, Brett Ketchum (Magen), Joel, Devin, Jordan Kelley and Nathan Bazzocchi; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Owen, Carson, Calan, Annabella Ploss, Ryan, Kyle O'Leary, McKenzie Mowell, Mason Ciampa and Liam Ketchum.
