With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine Mithoefer of Merrimack, New Hampshire, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Randall Mithoefer; and her parents, Elwood Beach and Virginia Beach. She was also cherished by her mother and survived by her father and siblings.
