She was predeceased by: her father Dana Patterson; her son Serge J. Mailhiot; and her sister Melissa J. Patterson. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Ann Artus (Brian); her grandchildren, Shaylee, Kyla and Gavin Artus; her mother Barbara A. Patterson (Maker); her siblings, Jennifer Patterson and Steven Patterson (Pamela Newkirk); her niece Mandy Couturier (Sarah); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Paris and Joel; her nephew Jonah Couturier; her aunt Dorothy Pynenburg (Maker); the father of her children Lucien "Lucky" A. Mailhiot; and also, Heather and Brian.
