He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph S. Devine and Gladys Devine (Evans); and his siblings, William Devine, Donald Devine, Edward Devine and Evelyn Zukel (Devine).
He is survived by: his grandsons, Nathan and Jacob; his wife Debra Devine (McCauley); his son Joseph Devine, Jr. (Keri); and his grandson Lucas Devine.
