He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vey and Marie Vey (Kornobis); his daughter Deborah Vey; and his brother Frank G. Vey. He is survived by: his children, John F Vey and Andrea Vey (Douglas Bailor); and his brother Robert Vey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephew and grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in John's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
