He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Hugh Sr. and Jessie Haigler (Wells); his wife Veronica Hugh; his children, Sabrina Spirito (Nicholas), Jason Hugh Jr. (Paige), Zachary Hugh (Danielle), Michael Banks (Kaylee Scott) and David Banks; his grandchildren, Kaiden Asigri, Amelia Spirito and Elliot Hugh; his stepfather David "Papa" Haigler; his mother-in-law Deborah Brigham; his siblings, Lisa Hugh-Borden, Douglas Hugh Jr. (Christine), Shawn Hugh, Steven Xavier and Matthew Marsala (Hali); his nieces, Alicia and Mia Hugh; and his nephew Jonathan Borden.
