He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Paine and Helen Paine (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Paine (Thompson); his sons, John Paine (Melissa Miller) and Thomas Paine (Kimberley); his grandchildren, Jessica Smith, Temper Paine, Peregrin Paine, Zachary Smith, Isaac Paine (Sarah), Hannah Paine and Ellianna Paine; his brother Rodger Paine (Andrea); his niece Elizabeth Will; and his friend Bill.
