He is survived by: his wife Linda Perkins (Ryan); his children, Timothy Perkins, Kristen (Jim Terapane) and Shawn Perkins (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Addison, Vivian and Flynn; and his siblings, John Perkins (Donna), Stephen Perkins (Christine) and Nancy (Craig Pilon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
