Brenda Jean Vaccaro Obituary

Brenda Jean Vaccaro (Blackadar) passed away peacefully on June 20, 2023 at the caring Hospice House in Merrimack N.H., surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in St. John, New Brunswick Canada and later moved to Chelmsford, MA. She graduated from Chelmsford High School in 1959. She took great pride in caring for and raising her children, who were the light of her life. Later, she found new joy in watching her grandchildren grow.

Brenda loved going to Ocean Park, ME to her family cottage. It was her favorite place. She cherished the times spent listening to the sounds of the ocean while sitting and rocking on the porch and visiting family and friends who lived and vacationed in Ocean Park. She also enjoyed spending time in her beautiful home garden as she loved flowers and seeing the many colorful birds come and go.

She will be forever loved and remembered by her loving husband of 59 years, Philip Vaccaro; two children Michael Charles Vaccaro, his wife Olga and their two children Cameron and Sasha of North Hollywood, CA and Katie Vaccaro and her son Gavin of Merrimack, N.H.

Visitation will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home and Crematorium located at 425 DW Highway in Merrimack NH on Tuesday, June 27th from 11 AM to 12 Noon with a service to follow at the funeral home chapel at 12 Noon. A reception will immediately follow at the function hall of St. James United Methodist Church at 646 Daniel Webster Hwy. Merrimack, NH 03054.
