She was predeceased by: her father Kester W Surdam; and her siblings, George, Kenneth Blaisdell, Ronald, Steven Surdam, Sheila Surdam, Pauline Lerch, Shirley Shank, Linda Soucy, Robert Rich and Joanne Jalbert.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Summers, Ray Burbe (Kim), Fred Perrault (Janet Sweeney), Mark Perrault (Tammy), Kimberly Knight and Shawn Fournier (Kim); and her siblings, Dennis Surdam, Clifford Rich, Carolyn Rich and Patricia Jacobs. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
