He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ken and Faith Kern. He is survived by: his parents, John Owens and Christina Owens of Loudon; his sister Cassie (Brandon Bell); his grandparents, Charles, Lorna Owens and Jay; his aunts and uncles, Charles Owens (Melissa), Jane Jewell (Dan), Bob Kern (Jenn), Brenda Kern and Robbie Lopez (Vivian); and his cousins, Isaac, Angelina, Gabby, T. J., Kayla and Autumn.
