William Arden Pond Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Arden Pond (Meredith, New Hampshire), who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Max and Tal; his former wife Janice Van Dine; his wife Pat; and his son Gilman.
He is survived by: his daughter Gina Patten (Pond); his sons-in-law, Lucas Patten and David Morrison; his stepson John Bird; his daughter-in-law Judi Bird; his stepdaughter Martha Bird; his daughter-in-law Ginny Walsh; his stepdaughter Sarah Bird; his son-in-law Rob Roriston; and his niece Deb Nordahl. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and many cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Congregational Church (4 Highland St, Meredith, NH 03253).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Meredith Historical Society or to the First Congregational Church.
