He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Monier (David) and Camilla Topham; his children, Kim Mayhew (Jack) and Christopher (Christine); his grandsons, Matthew Van (Ashleigh) and Peter Mayhew (Victoria); and his great grandchild Aiden Van. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
