He was predeceased by: his parents, Eden Lerp and Ruth Lerp (Watkins); and his sister Paula Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lerp (Schmitt); his children, Raymond Lerp Jr. (Sherry Reinholz), Paul Lerp (Stephanie McKim), Doreen Banks and Christine Johnson; his grandchildren, Todd Johnson, Devon Johnson, Eric Banks, Stephanie Lerp, Cierra Pinkney, Christian Pinkney and Viktor Haskell; and his great grandchildren, Payton Banks and TJ Akers. He is also survived by seven nieces and five nephews.
