Lois Marie Bicknell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2023, at the age of 85, Lois Marie Bicknell (Meredith, New Hampshire), born in Plainfield, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wilson and Anna Elizabeth Wilson (Gordon) of North Plainfield, NJ.; and her brothers, Jack Wilson and Dave Wilson. She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Dorothy "Dottie" and Patricia "Patty" Wilson; her son Jack Bicknell, III (Helen); her grandson John (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Jay, Asher and Noelle of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Katelyn (Parker Pezzati) and Alyse of Tennessee; her daughter Wendy Leone (Gerry) of Hopkinton, MA; her grandchildren, Julianna and Tom; her son Bob (Stacey); her granddaughters, Gabriella and Grace; her husband Jack; her caregiver Bic; and her children-in-law, Helen, Stacey and Gerry. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Lois and Jack married on March 25, 1960, with a service in the congregational church, and a basement reception enjoying finger sandwiches and cake. 60 years of wedding anniversaries later, they celebrated with sandwiches and cake again while being in lockdown during the pandemic - all that they needed to celebrate this momentous milestone.
