He was predeceased by: his father John Kucinski; and his brother Keith Kucinski. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Kucinski (Estella) of Wilmington, MA; his wife Elaine Kucinski of Meredith, NH; his daughters, Keri (Lucas Quinn) of Moultonborough, NH and Falon Matthews of Acton, ME; his stepson Casey Matthews of Milton, NH; and his siblings, Evelyn Kucinski Holt (Little) of Wilmington, MA, Cheryl Baker (Cliff) of North Andover, MA and Edward Kucinski (Lawrence Demers). He is also survived by grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
