She is survived by: her son Thomas Bates (Nuria); her grandchildren, Clara of Manchester, Michael of Warner, Monica, James and John; her daughter Julia Kopcsynski (Paul) of Post Falls, ID; her grandchildren, Marie of El Paso, TX, Joseph, Anna, Mary-Therese, Augustine and Rosemary; and her siblings, Jennine Miller (Ted) of Bushwood, MD and Richard Smith (Mary Margaret).
