He was predeceased by: his former wife Jan Phillips (Jordan); his siblings, Dick and Ruth Phillips; his stepson Glenn DePine; and his parents, Paul Phillips and Blanche Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Mongovan (DePine); his children, Michael Phillips (Melody) of Center Harbor, NH, Ann Green (Dan) of East Montpelier, VT, Peter Phillips of Meredith, NH and Kathryn Rodriguez (Jesus) of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Melissa Young (Chris) of Moultonborough, NH and Mark Phillips (Olyvia) of Ashland, NH; his great grandchildren, Clara and Connor Young; and his stepchildren, Michael DePine of Danbury, CT, Joseph DePine of Crystal River, FL and Brenda Bell (Mark) of Portland, ME. He is also survived by three step grandchildren; and seven step great-grandchildren.
