With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernard John Forts of Meredith, New Hampshire, who passed away on February 28, 2022 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bernard John Forts to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sigmund Forts and Ann Forts; his wife Shirley Forts (Gaulin); his children, Brian, Annie, Sheri MacMillan and Jeffrey (Patricia); his daughter-in-law Carla Forts; and his grandchildren, Jared Forts, Amy Canfield, Meredith Rodrigues, Heather Soldner, Michael Forts, Sarah Fuller, Kevin Forts and Kathryn Manning. He was also cherished by his 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and in light of the Lenten season, the family asks that donations be made to Lakes Region Visiting Nurse Association, 187 Waukewan Street, Meredith, NH 03253 in recognition of the wonderful care given to Bernie in his final days.
