She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Holland Wheeler and Mura Wheeler (Eastman); her husband Arland Lougee; her children, Monica Lougee and Wayne Lougee (Stacey Lougee); her grandchildren, Abby and Connor Lougee; and her brother John Wheeler. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
