It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard M. Balser of Marlborough, New Hampshire, born in Hawthorne, California, who passed away on September 26, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Balser and Cecelia I. Balser (Iacovino). He is survived by: his sisters, Cecelia Jusseaume of Raleigh, NC and Sherri Balser of Marlborough; his nephews, Michael Jusseaume (Keziah) of Peterborough, NH and Tyler Chaves of Marlborough; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elizas, Colby, Oliver and Lilly; his uncle Frank Pratt of Northborough; and his aunt Arliss Gould of Farmington, Maine.
