She is survived by: her former husband Carl P. Webber; her husband Frank; her children, Gene Webber (Amy) of Montreal, Carrie Webber (Dean McCollaum) of Brookline, NH., Irvin Webber (Kathy) of Chesterfield, NH and Willard Knight; her siblings, Calvin Fowler (Ann) of Charlottesville, VA., Karen Wise (Doug) of Derry, NH. and Charles Fowler (Pat) of Cape Elizabeth, ME.; and her sister-in-law Fay Fowler of Westminster, MD.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
